Force Majeure

Waiver

- This Card is the sole property of Zaggle.
- By using, attempting to use, or accepting to take possession/custody of this card in the physical form or by keeping a copy of this card in the electronic format the cardholder agrees to agree to the terms and conditions applicable to this Card.
- This card is redeemable only against products/ vouchers/ cards/ merchandise/ goods or services purchased or redeemed on www.zaggle.in and for only those products/ /vouchers/cards/ merchandise/goods or services whose redemption or purchase is approved by the entity who has paid to load the card.
- This Card is not redeemable for Cash.
- This Card is a non-reloadable card.
- To redeem on www.zaggle.in you must first sign up on the website or mobile app and then add the card.
- In the event any "Know Your Customer" (KYC) or any other details furnished are found to be incorrect Zaggle retains the right to cancel the Card and the redemption orders placed using this Card.
- Zaggle reserves the right to share the information supplied by you with appropriate regulatory or government authorities as is required by law.
- Zaggle reserves the right to use the data shared by the Cardholder for reasonable business purposes including but not restricted to marketing and promotional activities.
- The Validity of the card will be printed on the back of the card. In case of electronic Zaggle Propel Card, which may be dispatched to the card holder via electronic mail or short message service (SMS) message the expiry date may be mentioned in the electronic mail or short message service (SMS) message. In case the validity is not printed on the card or not visible due to wear and tear, the validity of the card is deemed to be 6 months from the date of issue.
- Any unredeemed value or unutilized balance on this card after the date of expiry of the card will stand forfeited.
- In case the value of the redeemed goods is greater than the balance of the Card the difference must be paid by Debit or Credit Cards or Net Banking.
- In case the value of the redeemed goods is less than the balance of the Card the difference can be used to purchase products at a later date and no cash will be refunded.
- The cardholder is responsible for ensuring completeness of the shipping address to ensure delivery of orders.
- The redeemed products are dispatched by courier to the address given by the customer at the time of ordering. It's the cardholders' responsibility to check the dispatch status and ensure his/her availability at the time of delivery of the consignment.
- Zaggle cannot be held responsible for non-receipt electronic mails sent to the Cardholder due to any reason including but not limited to incorrect email address, electronic mails going to spam/junk folders instead of inbox, change in electronic mail address, connectivity or network failures.
- The Card is not transferable without the written permission of Zaggle.
- Protect the Card Number to avoid misuse.
- Zaggle is not responsible if the card or the card number are stolen, lost or misused.
- Zaggle shall not be held responsible for any fraud or misuse of this card and the cardholder agrees to be personally liable for any and all costs, taxes, charges, claims or liabilities of any nature, arising due to any such fraud or misuse of this card.
- The Cardholder agrees to use this card and the redeemed products only for lawful purposes and will ensure not to use the Card or the redeemed products for any illegal/criminal/money laundering/terrorist activities.
- All transactions done or attempted using the Card and all product /vouchers/cards/ merchandise/ goods or services purchased / redeemed or availed using this Card are subject to Indian law.
- The Card cannot be revalidated after expiry.
- Zaggle shall not be liable/responsible for any defect or non-acceptance in any product /vouchers/cards/ merchandise/ goods or services purchased / redeemed or availed using this Card. Any dispute or claim regarding product/ vouchers /cards/merchandise/goods or services purchased / availed using this card must be resolved with respective merchants who supplied or having committed to honour these products/ vouchers /cards/ merchandise/goods or services.
- Handling charges applicable.
- Shipping charges are applicable but may be waived from time to time as a gesture of good faith. Waiver of any fees or charges on one occasion cannot be constructed as a promise or commitment of future waiver of fees or charges.
- Return of Products/ vouchers/ cards/ merchandise/ goods or services that have been purchased or redeemed are the sole discretion of Zaggle.
- Zaggle reserves the right to send replaced products/ vouchers/ cards/ merchandise/ good or services of the same value in case the products/ vouchers/ cards/ merchandise/ goods or services requested for are unavailable.
- Zaggle reserves the right to alter, delete, insert, revise and modify these terms and conditions from time to time without any prior notice or intimation to the cardholder. It is the Cardholders responsibility to visit the website www.zaggle.in periodically to review the terms and conditions.
- Zaggle reserves the right at any time to refuse for any reason whatsoever, the use of this Card in any manner.
- Zaggle reserves the right to block, deactivate, cancel this card at any time to refuse for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to fraud, suspected fraud, privacy law violations, abuse, misuse, unethical use of the card.
- The Cardholder hereby agree to indemnify and keep Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services. Ltd. indemnified from and against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, personal injury, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever which Zaggle may at any time incur, sustain, suffer in respect of the cardholders use of Card or otherwise. Unless, expressly provided herein, Zaggle disclaims any liability to the cardholder in this regard.
- For resolving any dispute, the Cardholder is asked to write to Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services. Ltd., Boomerang Building, Ground Floor, B1-004, Yadav Nagar, Chandivali. The company tries its best to ensure that the merchants it signs up provide the best in terms of quality and services. The company shall not be held responsible for any deficiency in services by the said merchants.

The 'Terms and Conditions' mentioned herein is applicable to the usage of the “GIFT Prepaid Card” and required to be agreed to and accepted before its usage. - The card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. For such a transaction you will need to pay the difference by another method if the merchant agrees.
- The card is not reloadable. It is valid until the expiry date mentioned on the front of the card and cannot be used after expiry. The card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash and cannot be used for making direct debit, recurring, or regular instalment payments.
- The card cannot be used at any ATM's for cash withdrawals or any other activity at an ATM. However, if the card is attempted to be used at an ATM, you will be charged a fee of Rs 25/- per attempt even though the transaction is declined by the ATM.

Terms and conditions for IndusInd Bank - Zaggle Zinger Card
- You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions by performing first transaction with the card or acknowledging receipt of the card in writing or by signing on the reverse of the card. The card remains the property of the IndusInd Bank Limited (“Bank”).
- This card is given to you by a corporate entity/individual purchase and is non-transferable.
- The card is a co-branded VISA prepaid card that can be used after activation for purchasing goods and services only in India and only at merchant categories of food, travel, fuel, expense, and rewards service providers registered as such with VISA.
- The card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. For such a transaction you will need to pay the difference by another method if the merchant agrees.
- The card is a reloadable card. The reloading of the card is done basis the instructions received by corporate only.
- The card will be valid for a period of up to 5 years. The card will expire on the last day of the month and the year indicated on the card.
- Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services. Ltd. (“Zaggle”) will send you an SMS 45 days before card expiry notifying you of the same. If there is no response with address seeking an extension of PPI validity via reissuance of a fresh PPI, consent is deemed to have been given for transferring the PPI balance back to the source account. Kindly ensure that the contact information is kept up to date.

- The card cannot be used for making direct debit, recurring, or regular instalment payments.

- You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by purchasing, activating, using or attempting to use the card or making transaction enquiries or exercising any right to redeem the value loaded on the card. If you are giving the card to another person, you should ensure that they are aware of the terms and conditions that apply to the card. The user of the card is advised to sign at the appropriate place provided on the reverse side of the card before its use. The card remains the property of the IndusInd Bank (“Bank”).
- The card is a Visa Prepaid card that can be used after activation for purchasing goods and services only in India.
- The card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. For such a transaction you will need to pay the difference by another method if the merchant agrees.
- The card is not reloadable. The validity of the card is one year. It is valid until the expiry date mentioned on the front of the card and cannot be used after expiry. The card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash and cannot be used for making direct debit, recurring, or regular instalment payments.
- Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services. Ltd. (“Zaggle”) will send you an SMS 45 days before card expiry notifying you of the same. If the card expires or is revoked before you have spent any funds resulting from a refund (whether or not the original transaction being refunded was made using the card) then you will have no access to those funds.

- You hereby agree to indemnify and keep the Bank and Zaggle indemnified and harmless from and against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, personal injury, costs, charges, and expenses whatsoever which Bank or Zaggle may at any time incur, sustain, suffer in respect of your use of card or otherwise arising from the card. Unless, expressly provided herein, Bank & Zaggle disclaims any liability to you in this regard that may arise from the use of the card.

Most Important “Terms and Conditions” for YES BANK Prepaid Instruments- ENGLISH
Definitions:
- Prepaid Instrument (“PPI”):PPIs (Card/wallet) are payment instruments that facilitate purchase of goods and services, including financial services, remittance facilities etc. against the value stored on such instruments.
- Know your Customer (“KYC”):The guidelines adopted by the Bank to identity the customer and verify the identity of the customer.
- Personal Identification Number (“PIN”):PIN is a numeric password which is part of the kit handed over to customer by the bank while issuing the PPI.
- Holder:Individuals/Organizations who obtain/purchase PPIs from Bank and use the same for purchase of goods and services, including financial services, remittance facilities etc. against the value stored on such instruments
Obligation of the Prepaid Customer who purchases Prepaid Instrument from the Bank:
- Prepaid Instrument (PPI) shall be issued to a Customer at the sole discretion of the Bank post complying with “Know Your Customer” guidelines
- The Bank shall levy fees for issuance/usage of the Prepaid Instrument as per Schedule of Charges displayed on Bank/Partner website and available as part of the “Terms & Conditions” on our website i.e.www.yesbank.in.
- The Bank shall issue a PIN to Customer for operating the PPI (Card/wallet). The Customer shall take reasonable precaution to prevent misuse of the PIN. The Customer shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising directly or indirectly out of the disclosure of the PIN and/or unauthorized use of PPI as a result of any misuse for want of reasonable care and precaution. The Customer disclaims liability of the Bank for any unauthorized use of Prepaid Instrument and for any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly as a result of such misuse.
- The Customer shall be responsible for safe custody of the Prepaid Instrument. In case of loss or theft of the Prepaid Instrument or misuse of the Instrument, the Customer shall immediately inform any of the branch/customer care of the Bank. Customer shall be responsible and liable for all unauthorized transactions till the time customer reports the unauthorized transaction to the Bank. A new Instrument shall be issued to the Customer, in lieu of lost/stolen Prepaid Instrument upon request in writing and payment of applicable fee as per the Schedule of Charges.
- The PPI can be used at any of the YES BANK ATMs or network ATMs for permitted transactions depending on the type and features of the PPI. The charge slip dispensed by the ATM during usage of the PPI shall not be construed as an evidence of the transaction. The records of transactions maintained by the Bank shall be conclusive and binding for all purpose.
- The Bank shall not pay any interest on the balance outstanding in the Prepaid Instrument at any point in time.
- The Bank will intimate the Customer through a SMS on the registered mobile number, 45 days prior to expiry of validity period of the PPI. Customer needs to utilize the balance amount prior to expiry of the instrument. In case Customer does not utilize the balance amount within the validity period, the Customer can approach the bank for refund/transfer of outstanding balance. In case the Customer does not approach the bank within a specified period as prescribed by regulator, the outstanding balance will be transferred to a fund in compliance with the regulatory guidelines.
- Any claim for compensation made by the customer shall be settled purely as per the provisions of the Compensation Policy of the Bank.

Product Feature:
Currently Cash at POS facility is not enabled on the Prepaid cards.
Confidentiality:
The Customer hereto shall keep strictly confidential all information including but not limited to that which may be disclosed or confided to it by the other in the course of the performance of the obligations (“Confidential Information”) under this ‘“Terms and Conditions”’. The Customer shall not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior approval of YES BANK. This clause shall survive the termination of PPI issued by YES BANK. Information may not be considered as Confidential Information is the same is:
- Already in public domain;
- Required to be disclosed by the Customer under any laws, rules or regulations or pursuant to the order or direction, of any Court, authority, tribunal or forum.
Change in information:
The Customer shall also inform YES BANK/Partner of any change in the Customers mailing address. Further, the Customer shall also inform YES BANK about any change in the details such as name, telephone number, or mobile number. The Customer agrees that any change of address will be immediately informed to YES BANK within 30 days of such change or update of documents in order to update the Bank records accordingly.
Prohibition against assignment:
The functions, rights or obligations under these ‘“Terms and Conditions”’ shall not be assigned or delegated to any party or person by the Customer without the express prior written consent of YES BANK. Any purported assignment or delegation is contravention of the terms under this ‘“Terms and Conditions”’ and shall be null and void.
Suspension or Termination or Cancellation or Discontinuance of the PPI:
YES BANK may, if it is satisfied that it is necessary to do so, at any time and on such conditions as it thinks fit, suspend or deny or terminate the PPI under the following circumstances:
- In the event of the Customer being declared insolvent or in the event YES BANK receives any notice/intimation about the death of the Customer;
- In the event of the Customer committing breach of any of the terms, conditions, stipulations or its obligations under these ‘“Terms and Conditions”;
- In the event of any restriction imposed on the Customer by an order issued by any regulatory authority or a Court in India or by any investigating agency.
Indemnity:
The Customer shall indemnify and keep YES BANK, its directors, officers, employees and agents indemnified of, from and against any cost, expenses, charges, which YES BANK is required to incur or has incurred to defend any such claim, suit, demand, prosecution, proceedings, due to any act of omission or commission, fraud, negligence or default on the part of the Customer as a holder of the Prepaid Instrument.
Force Majeure:
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, YES BANK shall not be liable to the Customer for any harm, loss, damage or injury caused due to causes beyond its control such as tide, storm, cyclone, flood, lightning, earthquake, fire, blast, explosion or any other act of God, war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, embargo or sanction, blockade, riot, civil commotion, labor action or unrest including strike, lock-out or boycott, interruption or failure of any utility service, enemy action, criminal conspiracy, act of terrorism or vandalism, sabotage, hacking, unanticipated technological or natural interference or intrusion, loss or damage to satellites, loss of satellite linkage or any other data communications linkage, loss of connectivity or any other irresistible force or compulsion.
Service of Notice:
Any notice or communication required to be given under this ‘“Terms and Conditions”’ shall not be binding unless the same is in writing and shall have been served by hand delivery against acknowledgement or by registered post at the Registered Office address of YES BANK Limited (in case a notice is to be served to YES BANK) and to address recorded with YES BANK in case notice is to be served to the Customer.

Governing Language:
All deeds, documents and writings that may be executed and all correspondence that may be exchanged between the Customer and YES BANK hereto in relation to the subject matter of this ‘“Terms and Conditions”’ shall be in English language, which shall be the governing language between the Customer and YES BANK hereto.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
The use of Prepaid Instrument by the Customer shall be governed in all respects by the laws in force in India. The Customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai. These ‘“Terms and Conditions”’ shall be subject to Government notifications, any rules, regulations, guidelines and circulars/notices issued by YES BANK and rules, regulations, bye Laws, Operating Instructions and circulars/communiqués/notices issued by the regulator.
Change of “Terms and Conditions”:
YES BANK reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to amend, delete, modify, vary, or supplement any of the “Terms and Conditions” at any time and will endeavor to give prior notice of seven days for such changes.

- प्रीपेड लिखत की सुरक्षित अभिरक्षा के लिए ग्राहक जिम्मेदार होगा। प्रीपेड इंस्ट्रुमेंट के खो जाने या चोरी हो जाने या इंस्ट्रुमेंट के दुरुपयोग के मामले में, ग्राहक तुरंत बैंक की किसी भी शाखा/ग्राहक सेवा को सूचित करेगा। जब तक ग्राहक बैंक को अनधिकृत लेनदेन की रिपोर्ट नहीं करता, तब तक ग्राहक सभी अनधिकृत लेनदेन के लिए जिम्मेदार और उत्तरदायी होगा। लिखित में अनुरोध करने पर और शुल्कों की अनुसूची के अनुसार लागू शुल्क के भुगतान पर, खोए हुए/चोरी हुए प्रीपेड लिखत के एवज में ग्राहक को एक नया लिखत जारी किया जाएगा।
- पीपीआई का उपयोग किसी भी येस बैंक के एटीएम या नेटवर्क एटीएम में पीपीआई के प्रकार और विशेषताओं के आधार पर अनुमत लेनदेन के लिए किया जा सकता है। पीपीआई के उपयोग के दौरान एटीएम द्वारा निकाली गई चार्ज स्लिप को लेनदेन के साक्ष्य के रूप में नहीं माना जाएगा। बैंक द्वारा रखे गए लेनदेन के रिकॉर्ड सभी उद्देश्यों के लिए निर्णायक और बाध्यकारी होंगे।
- बैंक किसी भी समय प्रीपेड लिखत में बकाया राशि पर कोई ब्याज नहीं देगा।
- पीपीआई की वैधता अवधि समाप्त होने से 45 दिन पहले, बैंक पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर एक एसएमएस के माध्यम से ग्राहक को सूचित करेगा। ग्राहक को लिखत की समाप्ति से पहले शेष राशि का उपयोग करने की आवश्यकता है। यदि ग्राहक वैधता अवधि के भीतर शेष राशि का उपयोग नहीं करता है, तो ग्राहक बकाया राशि की वापसी/हस्तांतरण के लिए बैंक से संपर्क कर सकता है। यदि ग्राहक नियामक द्वारा निर्धारित निर्दिष्ट अवधि के भीतर बैंक से संपर्क नहीं करता है, तो बकाया राशि को नियामक दिशानिर्देशों के अनुपालन में एक फंड में स्थानांतरित कर दिया जाएगा।

गोपनीयता
ग्राहक इस "नियम और शर्तों" के तहत दायित्वों ("गोपनीय जानकारी") के प्रदर्शन के दौरान सभी सूचनाओं को पूरी तरह से गोपनीय रखेगा, जिसमें वह भी शामिल है, लेकिन उस तक सीमित नहीं है, जिसे दूसरे द्वारा प्रकट या गोपनीय रखा जा सकता है। . ग्राहक येस बैंक के पूर्वानुमोदन के बिना किसी तीसरे पक्ष को गोपनीय जानकारी का खुलासा नहीं करेगा। यह खंड येस बैंक द्वारा जारी पीपीआई की समाप्ति के बाद भी बना रहेगा। जानकारी को गोपनीय जानकारी के रूप में नहीं माना जा सकता है:
- पहले से ही सार्वजनिक डोमेन में
- ग्राहक द्वारा किसी भी कानून, नियमों या विनियमों के तहत या किसी न्यायालय, प्राधिकरण, ट्रिब्यूनल या फोरम के आदेश या निर्देश के अनुसार खुलासा किया जाना आवश्यक है।
जानकारी में बदलाव
ग्राहक येस बैंक/पार्टनर को ग्राहक के डाक पते में किसी भी बदलाव के बारे में भी सूचित करेगा। इसके अलावा, ग्राहक येस बैंक को नाम, टेलीफोन नंबर या मोबाइल नंबर जैसे विवरण में किसी भी बदलाव के बारे में भी सूचित करेगा।ग्राहक इस बात से सहमत है कि पते या विवरण में किसी भी परिवर्तन के बारे में ऐसे परिवर्तन के 30 दिनों के भीतर तुरंत यस बैंक को सूचित करेगा।
असाइनमेंट के खिलाफ निषेध
इन ''नियमों और शर्तों''' के तहत कार्यों, अधिकारों या दायित्वों को ग्राहक द्वारा येस बैंक की पूर्व लिखित सहमति के बिना किसी भी पार्टी या व्यक्ति को सौंपा या सौंपा नहीं जाएगा। कोई भी कथित असाइनमेंट या प्रतिनिधिमंडल इस 'नियम और शर्तों' के तहत शर्तों का उल्लंघन है और शून्य और शून्य होगा।

- किसी भी नियामक प्राधिकरण या भारत में एक न्यायालय या किसी भी जांच एजेंसी द्वारा जारी आदेश द्वारा ग्राहक पर लगाए गए किसी भी प्रतिबंध की स्थिति में।
हानि से सुरक्षा
ग्राहक येस बैंक, उसके निदेशकों, अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों और एजेंटों को किसी भी लागत, व्यय, शुल्क से और उसके विरुद्ध क्षतिपूर्ति करेगा, जो येस बैंक को वहन करने के लिए आवश्यक है या ऐसे किसी भी दावे, मुकदमे, मांग का बचाव करने के लिए किया है। प्रीपेड इंस्ट्रूमेंट के धारक के रूप में ग्राहक की ओर से चूक या कमीशन, धोखाधड़ी, लापरवाही या चूक के किसी भी कार्य के कारण अभियोजन, कार्यवाही।
अप्रत्याशित घटना
इसमें निहित किसी भी बात के होते हुए भी, येस बैंक ग्राहक के नियंत्रण से बाहर के कारणों जैसे ज्वार, तूफान, चक्रवात, बाढ़, बिजली, भूकंप, आग, विस्फोट, विस्फोट या भगवान का कोई अन्य कार्य, युद्ध, विद्रोह, क्रांति, विद्रोह, प्रतिबंध या मंजूरी, नाकाबंदी, दंगा, नागरिक हंगामा, श्रमिक कार्रवाई या हड़ताल, तालाबंदी या बहिष्कार सहित अशांति, किसी भी उपयोगिता सेवा में रुकावट या विफलता, दुश्मन कार्रवाई, आपराधिक साजिश, आतंकवाद या बर्बरता का कार्य, तोड़फोड़, हैकिंग, अप्रत्याशित तकनीकी या प्राकृतिक हस्तक्षेप या घुसपैठ, उपग्रहों को नुकसान या क्षति, उपग्रह लिंकेज या किसी अन्य डेटा संचार लिंकेज की हानि, कनेक्टिविटी की हानि या कोई अन्य अनूठा बल या मजबूरी।
नोटिस की सेवा
इस "नियम और शर्तों" के तहत दिए जाने के लिए आवश्यक कोई भी नोटिस या संचार बाध्यकारी नहीं होगा जब तक कि वह लिखित रूप में न हो और पावती के खिलाफ या येस बैंक लिमिटेड के पंजीकृत कार्यालय के पते पर पंजीकृत डाक द्वारा हाथ से वितरित किया गया हो। (यदि नोटिस येस बैंक को दिया जाना है) और ग्राहक को नोटिस दिए जाने की स्थिति में येस बैंक के साथ दर्ज पते पर।

- You agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and agree that this Benefits Card remains the property of IDFC FIRST Bank Limited (“the Bank”).
- The card given to you is non-transferable.
- This RuPay prepaid card can be used at online and offline merchants registered as such with RuPay and can be used only after the activation process, set by Bank, is completed.
- The card can be used to make transactions up to the available balance only.
- The card can only be loaded by your HR team.
- The card is valid for a period of up to 5 years and will expire on the last day of the month and the year indicated on the card.
- The Bank will send you a SMS 45 days before the card expiry notifying you of the same and you will be required to update your contact details with HR, in case of any change.
- The card cannot be used for making direct debit, recurring or regular instalment payments.
- You are responsible for all transactions on the card so please ensure the card is not handed over to any third person/party. - You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions by performing first transaction with the Card or acknowledging receipt of the Card in writing or by signing on the reverse of the Card. The Card remains the property of the NSDL Payments Bank (“Bank”).
- This NSDL Payments Bank Zaggle Prepaid Card (“Zinger Multi-Wallet Card”) is given to you by a corporate entity (“Corporate”) and is non-transferable.
- The Card is a co-branded RuPay Prepaid Card that can be used after activation for purchasing goods and services at merchant locations and e-commerce merchants in India. The Card shall have restricted usage limited to merchant categories including, but not limited to, food, travel, fuel, expenses, and other specified service-providing merchants accepting RuPay Cards, as permitted by your respective Corporate from time to time.
- The Card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance in the Card. Card cannot be used beyond its limit & load balance.

- Any refunds on Card transactions are subject to the policy of the specific merchant. - You are responsible for checking your transaction history online and knowing your available balance. - Terms and Conditions pertaining to your Zinger Multi-Wallet Card (issued under Corporate Program):
- By activating and utilizing this Prepaid Card (issued under Corporate Program), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Authorization and Access: You hereby grant explicit authorization to your employer to access the balance information of your Card, as well as to review all transactions conducted using the Corporate Prepaid Card.
- Consent to Transaction Data Sharing: You consent to the disclosure of transaction details, including but not limited to Date & Time, Merchant Category Code (MCC), Amount, Transaction Reference Number, Card Number, Card ID, and Merchant Name, for the purpose of processing approvals in accordance with the Company's Corporate Policy.
- Cessation of Funds Loading: Upon the termination, resignation, or cessation of your employment for any reason, no further funds shall be loaded onto your Card.
- Settlement of Residual Funds: Any residual funds remaining on your Card upon the cessation of your employment shall be settled by NSDL Payments Bank upon your formal request submitted to [email protected]. Subject to verification by the bank, the residual funds shall be transferred directly to your registered bank account. The standard timeline for this refund process is T+15 business days.
- Reclamation of Official Funds: Funds allocated for official purposes, including but not limited to the Petty Cash and Expense Management, may be reclaimed by your employer at any time during the tenure of your employment. You hereby waive any rights or claims to these funds.
- These terms and conditions will be governed by and be construed in accordance with the laws of India and as per applicable Reserve Bank of India's Directions on Issuance and Operation of Prepaid Payment Instruments. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
- You hereby agree to indemnify and keep NSDL Payments Bank and Zaggle indemnified and harmless from and against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, loses, damages, personal injury, costs, charges, and expenses whatsoever which Bank or Zaggle may at any time incur, sustain, suffer in respect of your use of Card or otherwise. - Information will be disclosed to third parties only restricted to regulatory bodies and Government investigation agency about the Card, or transactions made with the Card, as allowed by law, required by law and wherever necessary to operate the Card and process transactions. - Notwithstanding anything contained herein above, the user hereby accepts and confirms that as a pre-condition to the use of the Card, the user gives consent to the disclosure by Zokudo and/or Zaggle of all or any such:
- Iformation and data relating to the Card / user.
- Information or data relating to any of the terms of this agreement; and.
- Default, committed by the user in discharge of the obligation contained herein; as Zokudo and/or Zaggle may deem appropriate and necessary, to disclose and furnish to Credit Information Bureau (India) Ltd. And any other agency authorized in this behalf by Reserve Bank of India or any other regulatory authority.
- Zokudo and/or Zaggle reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and all fees and charges related to the Card at any time at their sole discretion. The same shall be updated on www.zaggle.in/terms-and-conditions and on www.zokudo.com All fees and charges related to the Card will be recovered by a debit to the Card or through other means as available and applicable.

- Terms and Conditions pertaining to your Zinger Multi-Wallet Card (issued under Corporate Program):
- By activating and utilizing this Prepaid Card (issued under Corporate Program), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Authorization and Access: You hereby grant explicit authorization to your employer to access the balance information of your Card, as well as to review all transactions conducted using the Corporate Prepaid Card.
- Consent to Transaction Data Sharing: You consent to the disclosure of transaction details, including but not limited to Date & Time, Merchant Category Code (MCC), Amount, Transaction Reference Number, Card Number, Card ID, and Merchant Name, for the purpose of processing approvals in accordance with the Company's Corporate Policy.
- Cessation of Funds Loading: Upon the termination, resignation, or cessation of your employment for any reason, no further funds shall be loaded onto your Card.
- Settlement of Residual Funds: Any residual funds remaining on your Card upon the cessation of your employment shall be settled by Zokudo upon your formal request submitted to [email protected] Subject to verification by the Zokudo team, the residual funds shall be transferred directly to your registered bank account. The standard timeline for this refund process is T+15 business days.
- Reclamation of Official Funds: Funds allocated for official purposes, including but not limited to the Petty Cash and Expense Management, may be reclaimed by your employer at any time during the tenure of your employment. You hereby waive any rights or claims to these funds.
- These terms and conditions will be governed by and be construed in accordance with the laws of India and as per applicable Reserve Bank of India's Directions on Issuance and Operation of Prepaid Payment Instruments. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
- You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Zokudo and Zaggle indemnified and harmless from and against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, loses, damages, personal injury, costs, charges, and expenses whatsoever which Bank or Zaggle may at any time incur, sustain, suffer in respect of your use of Card or otherwise. Unless expressly provided herein, Zokudo & Zaggle disclaims any liability to you in this regard.
